A veteran in the real estate industry since 1998 and a CEHA certification holder, his past working experience with the public service and corporate sales have led him to be one of the top achievers in the real estate industry. He is proactive, client-focused and committed to meeting the needs of buyers and sellers. Consistently, he has won several accolades over the years despite the many changes in the real estate market. His forte is in the Sale and Rental of residential and commercial properties and also providing redevelopment advice on landed housing.
Clare's past experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion Industry and Sales Executive in the car sales industry equipped her with an excellent communication and interpersonal skill, she is attention to detail and has a strong work ethic. Clare is also on the developers' sales team for various new launch projects. She is well versed in both new project sales and resale private residential.
